Happy 666!
Well, it’s actually here now! June July 6th 2006 or 06/06/06 (666), the number of the Beast.
The internet is flooded with defenitions of the significances of this number. For example did you know that if you gave the letter A the number 101, and all subsequent letters an increment of the number before (b = 102, c = 103, and so on), the sum of the letters of the word ‘Hitler’ would equal 666?
No? neither did I.
All around the world people are praying to protect themselves from any demonic activity that might arise from today’s date. There are also a few who believe that today is their last day on earth. Others are organising parties, selling tshirts bearing the number ’666′ and other memorabilia at $6.66, and making the most out of the day.
Me? All I can do is to commemorate the day by posting a comment in my MSN nick, because I have a devilishly difficult exam this afternoon. At least it will be over by 6:66 (That should be 7:06 then right?)
However you decide to spend this once in a lifetime day, make sure you have a good one.
