Japanese pranksters

Despite the fact that the above clip is in Japanese, I think anyone will be able to understand what these Japanese pranksters are up to. Apparently 5 million Yen was spent to shame these innocent people while they relieved themselves.

    Yes, it’s Japanese. Just with Chinese sub.

    And the guy wearing sailor uniform at the end of the clip seems to be the famous actor/director Takeshi Kitano, who was in Battle Royale and Zatoichi. I remember he was a comedian.
