Snippet: Feeding the need, upgrades and updates

There busy bees at UNEASYheadquaters lately, over the last week we have cleaned up the templates, updated our security, and have enabled full content feeds.

WHAT?! FULL CONTENT FEEDS?!

Before you get too excited this is just a test, and we are not promising anything permanent. But we figured to give it a go, and see how much our server bandwidth goes up or down.

Enjoy! (and obviously sign up for our feeds)

i second that. bloglines is my main tool for everything nowadays.

  • http://stridey.blogspot.com stridey

Yeah, Marc’s link pretty much covers it. The way I generally use it, it’s a way to express extreme excitement while at the same time mocking said excitement and those who generally get over-excited on the Internet.

  • brent

sorry to sound stupid but what does this mean?

  • http://5thirtyone.com Derek

brent, if you’re referring to the original post, dan is explaining that full content feeds are now available via rss. previously, rss readers would only see a snippet of the original content [requiring readers to visit the front page to view the post in it’s entirety.

But I can not STRESS enough that this may not be a perm thing.

  • brent

oh, so it doesn’t matter if you just come to the site then. alright
