Apparently you sweat almost 1ltr per night in your sleep. After 2 nights you’ll be sleeping on a cardboard sponge!!

I don’t even understand how a cardboard bed is natural and earthy and all the hippy BS anyway. I think I’d rather sleep on a chalkboard.

It’s an interesting idea, but I don’t see paying 300+ Euro for a product like this. Plus, I don’t see this bed withstanding a hot romp…

HAHA! 300+ euro for something that costs about 2 euro to make and manufacture. What a bunch of asshats. Also, like wdlv said, this thing would fall apart mid-thrust.

How is cardboard futon not earthy? It’s made of cardboard. Paper. Trees. Recycled.

wdlv: One shift on the futon will send a couple back to the floor where they should have been in the first place.

At my university Architecture students are required to make sofas/chairs out of cardboard. I must admit I was skeptical at first, but after seeing and sitting some of them I was really impressed. They were very sturdy, and some were quite comfortable.

Though I think that furniture was quite a bit better designed than this ‘futon’.

Seems more like a portable lightweight bed for homeless people, but not something you would actually sell for people to buy.
