Until Apple decides to support third party hardware

Windows users can make due with iTunes Agent. As the name implies, iTunes Agent acts as a “mediator” between your favorite (or least favorite depending on your angle) media player. Lurking in your system tray, iTunes Agent will allow users to import, edit, delete, and control audio files which are passed between their hardrive and capatable media players.

Keep your PSP, or any other non-Apple music player syncronized with your iTunes library. On a side note, individuals who wish to have greater control of their media libraries minus any sort of Apple influence might want to check out Media Monkey.

    Is there a Converter for my powerbook? I have an mp3 player that will hold lots more wma files than mp3. is there an on the fly converter for the mac? Thanks in advance.

    I have a G4 tower mac with no audio input, so I picked up a 3rd party USB audio adapter. BUT I cannot get the Mac to use it as the sound input. I tested the unit with a PC laptop and the sound-in worked fine, so i know the unit works. How can i force the Mac to recognize and use the audio input from this USB adapter?
