Apparently Apple’s little Might Mouse projects a little more than the LED hue when lifted a few inches off the desk. Notice how the Might Mouse projects what looks like the head of a mouse? As noted by one of the commentors, the Apple Pro mouse seems to project a similar image as well. Purposeful little detail added by Apple? Or, is this just a random coincidence?

    I didn’t do it in the dark, but my MM does this as well. However the detail in this image I think may have been played up with a certain expensive graphics program. Mine resembled a mouse, but not with that kind of detail.

    apple needs to add some more subtle hardware details to their lineup. maybe have the throbbing sleep light on the front of ibooks and macbook bask the tabletop with a batman signal or something.

    i wouldn’t necessarily jump to the conclusion that it is all photoshop if other flickr users have noticed the same “image”.
