According to WWTI 50, a judge ordered that a convict be gagged, duct taped, and bagged during a sentancing hearing for repeatedly interrupting a sentancing hearing. Unfortunately, the extreme methods did not prevent the man – convicted for killing 29 patients as a hospital nurse – from continuing with his restless antics.

I can’t decide which would be worse to see: a convict singing while being bagged or a balding Britney Spears.
