Indian call centers dens of sex and drugs?

Normally I wouldn’t believe a story like this but the Washington Times seems like a reliable source.

Two recent surveys [of Indian call centers], found many staffers admitting to casual affairs [and drug use], [...] In one poll, one in four admitted to casual sex — and in the other, one in five said they had had an affair with a colleague.

Yes, the numbers seem low, but if you were having sex in the workplace would you admit it?
