Gentoo XGL loaded with eyecandy

Michael recently checked out a live CD distro of Gentoo XGL and took the eyecandy loaded operating system for a little run. He even went so far as to record the whole process to upload to YouTube (video clip above). Check out the rest of Michael’s analysis of the distro on Whalesalad.

Here are my specs…

AMD Athlon 64 3000+, oc’d to 2.45ghz
1GB of RAM, also oc’d to 245mhz a stick.
ATi Radeon 9800 Pro

The overclocking shouldn’t really make that much of a difference.
