ListMixer – Throwaway bookmarks

Bookmarking websites with del.icio.us has always been second nature. If I discover a new website, service, or inciteful comment or discussion, I immediately tag and save the page without hesitation. In all honesty, I probably revisit 50% of the sites that I actually bookmark. As you can imagine, my collection is somewhat bloated with sites that I rarely if ever will visit again.

I’m sure there are others with with the same habit. Unfortunately, I do not have a lowly servant / tool to go through and delete pages which I no longer hold interest in. Now you’re probably saying, why not drag the bookmark to your Firefox toolbar and delete at your own liesure at a later date? Well doing so would prevent me from accessing that very bookmark when I may need it on a different computer.
