Gmail / Gtalk goes down

It was never really up for us Canuckians. Why must we always get the shitty end of the stick? :) lol

Can anyone help me at that anyway ??

I see the chat option but i do not see quick contacts :(

the chat archives tab does not necessarily mean your account has the actual integrated chat option. the feature is slowly being implemented across the board. you do have the option to have your conversations from the gtalk archived in your account now.

Well, I just loggen into my Gmail account and found the service up, but some of the wrong contacts were up, I went into my address book and found that they were no longer there. I then logged out, and then logged back in, and it was fixed! Also, I just recieved my coComment invitation, and wanted to try and use it!

When you get the option, you will see a big splash screen, so don’t worry, you’ll know.

Why would anyone want to use gtalk anyway-just so google can invade your provcy more than it already does?

there are far more individuals who could care less or know nothing about online privacy and security compared to the knowledgeable internet users.

You know, they also watch our searches, too! Seriously, give me a break. A company like Google couldn’t care less about what you, as a person, search for, or get emails about. I love how ignoramuses see biased news stories and all-of-a-sudden become Google bashers. OMG! They read our MAIL!! Give me a break.

Sorry, my rant for the day.

Nah it is just people thinking they are important enough that people would actually care what they are looking at. People very rarely realise how insignificant they actually are.

I agree totally with Jake. Hate to break it to you Mike, but you and I aren’t that special that Google would want to check on what we’re doing.
