How does a “test” missile manage to cross such long distances without being detected by any military satellites?

Is anyone else concerned after reading that a foreign country is using your backyard as testing grounds? Actually, I take that back, Bush et al do the same thing. No one follows any damn rules these days!

    I am guessing that with a reliable source like the Korean Times you know their doing all their fact checking. The certainly aren’t just spouting stuff everyone (in Korea) wants to hear, after all when was the last time a reporter was wrong?

    Let’s see, we invade Iraq because we think they may develop the capabilities of nuclear weapons, yet we offer food and money to NK when we know for a fact that they do have nuclear weapons?
