A loose rocket would surely ruin your day

Propulsion engineer? Check. $750? Check. Battery to arm ignition switch? Check. Nitrous-Oxide? Check. Left brake lever [once used for slowing down] now turned into go fast trickery? Check. Appointment for colonoscopy? Ignition!

I see two serious issues here: a) the guy is riding a rocket propelled bicycle with nothing more than a raggedy jumpsuit and b), that man is in a very vulnerable position if said rocket propulsion unit dislodges itself from the bike frame.
