Microsoft can’t spell

They already fixed it.

Why such anger? Next time I see a spelling mistake on your site, I’ll take a screenshot and tell everyone how much of an idiot you are.

Well, it’s one thing to see a spelling mistake on a random blog, it’s another to see one in a publication from a major corporation. They have people whose entire job is to make sure this sort of thing doesn’t happen.

maybe you should… then again. i guess i won’t feel so bad considering microsofts deeps pockets and their unlimited resources to circumvent such problems.

Them fixing it is very quick for microsoft, dont they take decades to introduce new operating systems? Only kidding but its the truth

Microsoft employs people, and people make mistakes. They aren’t gonna pour $$$ down the drain to pay someone to spell check everything they publish. That would be stupid.

In conclusion, derek sucks and is stupid.

wow. can someone [rick] breath a little? i must have left the table when everyone decided to take the post seriously. being that i’ve decided to post the above story under the STUPID category, and judging by the rest of the STUPID stories posted under that category, i think it’s safe to assume it’s a stupid mistake…

tsk tsk. my jokes are not personal.. but you! you had to go and make it personal by singling me out?! come on now.

seeing as though matt is up for some cake, and rick decided to start calling actual people [me] idiots, i’m going to have to say no cake for rick.

and if people make mistakes while creating products for millions of people to use, what makes them not an idiot for messing up a little clipart. if i commisioned an art company to assign an artist to paint me a giant motif on my bathroom ceiling, and they sent a less than experienced kid to do it that ended up painting southpark characters… would i call the painter a idiot? or the art company? (a little smaller in scale in comparison and no i didn’t want southpark characters.)

Derek, I think people here were more joking than serious. It’s your site (and Dans? I’m not really sure who owns it..), you can post whatever you want. :)

This isn’t a giant motif it’s clipart, and I hope you feel special for correcting MS. Is that what this is about? You need to feel special huh? Well I hope you’re happy then…

The only reason you would even bother to post this is because it’s Microsoft. Bashing MS is like telling an O.J. joke. You think they’re an evil corporation bent on world domination, blah blah blah. Enough already.
