Suicide mistaken for Halloween decoration
I always thought images of people dangling from ropes was somewhat demented. I can’t imagine the kind of reaction on peoples faces once they realized the gravity of this situation:
The apparent suicide of a woman found hanging from a tree went unreported for hours because passers-by thought the body was a Halloween decoration, authorities said.
