VHS tapes are so 90′s
And Blockbuster knows it! Reports indicate that Blockbuster is phasing out the VHS options for movie rentals. Makes sense to me. Don’t you agree? Who even has a VHS player still? I think mine was thrown out around the same time that I threw away my hypercolor shirts. If you’re still living in the Stone Age sans a TiVO or DVD player, you really don’t need to go screaming and crying down to your local Blockbuster. Renter personal preferences are an obvious decision breaker. It’s all about the money right?
Man, when I stop and think about it, how in the world was the porn industry so successful without DVD’s. I mean, VHS tapes could only be rewound and paused so many times before going bad right? And then there was the whole inconvience of adjusting the tracking. Reminds me of the black box for watching scrambled cable… Ergh… I wouldn’t know about the porn or scrambled cable.
