NYT reporter Judith Miller jailed
A federal judge today jailed New York Times reporter Judith Miller for refusing to divulge her source to a grand jury investigating the Bush administration’s leak of an undercover CIA operative’s name.
Judge Hogan is hoping that threatening Judith Miller with serious jail time will persuade her into sharing her news source.
