Fined for bathing nude in public

I have yet to see a nude beach but I hear they’re all the rage. I think each major beach front should have a dedicated nude lounging area. See, if every beach had a dedicated area for lounging in the nude, local officials wouldn’t need to hand out fines.

Have you ever lounged nude in public? Is lounging nude really unacceptable because young children shouldn’t see nudity? Or.. maybe some people are just unhappy or disapprove of less than attractive individuals playing nude volleyball on the beach?
