A stinging nettle eating contest? Apparently contestants near and far are meeting at The Bottle Inn to stuff their mouths with nettles which have a “[...] reputation for giving a savage sting when the skin touches the hairs and bristles on the leaves and stems.” # Mmm. Can you imagine how smooth those leaves would slide down your throat? Crazy UK chaps.
