Where the chocolate flavored carrots?

If you had the opportunity to create a one-off unique flavor for a common dish what could you come up with? Herr’s is offering an interesting bacon and horseradish ruffled chip for summer picnics. Various restaurants offer disturbing ice-cream flavors. Personally, I think we need sushi flavored hot dogs. Mmm, the fresh taste of sashimi and rice stuffed into a pink hot dog. Extra points for making the bread taste like wasabi and ginger. Oh and don’t forget the soy sauce with a ketchup texture. (Patent in the works, don’t even try marketing that one!)
