How-to: Quicklaunch Applications/Files/Del.icio.us on Windows

After happily living the heavenly OSX life, I’ve converted back to WinXP. The decision was not my own. It’s not so much the graphical interface that I miss most, but the ease and simplicity of searching for and accessing files and applications. The single most important application which I sorely miss is Quicksilver. Although Quicksilver is slowly being overshadowed by Tiger’s Spotlight, most users will agree that quicklaunch applications and file launchers save oodles of time. Why not save some time on Windows 2000/2003/XP using AppRocket?
