One of Britain’s youngest racist thugs, who embarked on a campaign of race hate attacks aged just 13, was banned from visiting his grandparents after being given an ASBO today.
Earlier the court heard the boy suffers from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and had been ignored for years by social services.
ADHD? What a crutch.
