Vincent Pastore, who beat up his girlfriend last week, surrendered to the police and was arraigned for misdemeanor assault yesterday. Pastore’s now ex-fiancee, Lisa Regina, accused him of beating her on Mott Street, possibly because she was running late during their trip to her family in NJ.
