A juvenile has been arrested in connection with the theft of an IndyGo bus left idling outside a Northwestside convenience story Wednesday. The bus driver had gotten off the bus for a quick stop at a convenience store when the only passenger on the bus, who had appeared to be sleeping, got into the driver’s seat and drove away.
