T-Mobile employee fired over SMS message
Shortly after a San Antonio woman filed a service complaint against T-Mobile, an internal customer service employee sent the following text messages to the customers phone:
“you need to go back to Mexico you taco-bending who**.”
and
AIDS-infested Mexican who**s need to go back to Mexico. Quit spreading AIDS in the U.S. you AIDS-infested Mexican who**s
T-Mobile quickly issued a sincere appology after terminating the unscrupulous employee. Hopefully T-Mobile offered a cosiderable discount on any future services – at least unlimited text messaging?
