If you access this page you should see a nice map that maps to where your IP address places you. While it does not provide a street address such a technology is not that far away for consumers and is available for law enforcement types today.
This has to be the most accurate IP address locator I’ve seen. It even lists the distance of the IP from surrounding cities. It even shows your latitude and longitude.
