Operation Snoopy

The reality is the animals [ stray dogs and cats ] present a significant health hazard to the citizens of Fallujah and the forces stationed here. A plan has been established and started to destroy the animals. Letting Marines, soldiers or Jundi shoot any dog or cat they see would be problematic for myriad reasons. Thus, a team of soldiers has been tasked with the destruction and removal of these animals in what has been dubbed “Operation Snoopy.”
