Teachers pet: I better get a check plus plus!
Charleston, S.C., middle school teacher Rebecca Kutcher will never forgot one Christmas gift from a sixth-grader. It was a cubic zirconia necklace. Or so she thought. When the Laing Middle School teacher thanked the parents for the gift, Kutcher found out they had been looking for the missing one-carat diamond necklace for a month.
For those wondering what the hell I was talking about with the check plus plus… That was the way I was graded in school. A check was avg. Check plus was good. And check plus plus was kissing ass.
