So booze is part of the food pyramid

Scientists at the Harvard School for Public Health have long argued that the food pyramid released by the FDA is overly influenced by big food lobbiests. This site contains their version of the pyramid, which is anchored by a base of regular exercise, acknowledges the place of alcohol consumption in the diet (about time!), and puts red meats in the “use sparingly” category.
