Some times it doesn’t pay
A man hired to teach at a juvenile detention center quit after one year but collected pay for 10 years afterward, officials said Tuesday.
Frederick M. Costales, 49, of Delran, is charged with theft of more than $100,000, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jeffrey Blitz said.
