So the school district has decided on banning halloween festivities and costumes at school in fear of upsetting real witches. Ok… now lets just try and analyze the situation. A.) Taking away Halloween meaning no candy for kids making them upset and grouchy and B.)They’re doing this because they don’t want to upset witches? I’m not even a parent and that story makes me want to go to that school and raise a little hell! What is the world coming too! Really! To me it’s incomprehensible how you can say that you are being respectful of a religion when you don’t celebrate Halloween. You don’t won’t to piss off the witches! What! Is this guy for real! That principle is a nut job and he needs his head examined! You might want to take a good look at that principles record and maybe see what his hidden motives are. I don’t think this is about being respectful to others and their religious beliefs. There’s something more here! Halloween is about the kids. If this guy is trying to really make kids really hate school then you’re on the right path buddy! I know that if someone took that away from my childhood I’m not sure I would ever forget it!
