Here is a shocking short story from the writer of Fight Club. It’s kinda graphic (and I heard that people have passed out or thrown up at public readings), but it’s genius either way.

If you have some time on your hands, check out this story written by Chuck Palahniuk, the writer of Fight Club. Although there are some reports of readers puking or passing out after reading this.. I find the latter hard to believe. Nonetheless, make good use of your time and read the story.. Just do it!

i’ve read just about everything he’s ever written. he’s pretty much the king of the shock jock mentality. it’s okay when it’s going somewhere and it’s saying something. does nothing for me when it’s just gross-out for the sake of grossing out. i don’t know. he’s definitely got a unique voice, that’s for sure.

this is the first piece i’ve read by palahniuk… intersting to say the least. it’s a different writing style.
