Dutch MP wants toe-licking a criminal offence

The Dutch political party PVDA want the country’s Justice Minister to make unsolicited toe-licking a criminal offence.

It follows the arrest and release of a man who was arrested after he licked women’s toes while they were sunbathing in a Rotterdam park.

Police had to release the man without charge because toe-licking isn’t a crime in Holland at present.
