DUI defendant appears in court intoxicated

A man in court for his sixth conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol was found to be drunk at the hearing. Tests indicated he also had traces of cocaine and marijuana were found in his system. The judge re-scheduled the sentencing for August and raised the defendant’s $2,000 bond to $100,000.
